Second hand or antiquarian items are indicated in our catalogues by the title being in UPPER CASE. These items are in good (or better) second hand condition. We have tried to give as much information as space allows, however minor inscriptions etc. are not mentioned. We feel that the price reflects this.

If an out of print book is already sold, we can find another copy through our SEARCH SERVICE. Please indicate if you require this, or if you wish to receive our other subject catalogues.

Prices are quoted (strictly net) in Pounds Sterling, and payment is expected in the same currency. Overseas cheques must be in Sterling and drawn on a London Bank. Any conversion charges are to be borne by the customer. We accept payment by Eurocheque, in Sterling. Usual library licences apply.

Inland carriage is charged at cost, up to a maximum of £10.00. Airfreight, insurance or courier service charges will be invoiced at cost. Overseas customers will be charged carriage at cost. Books are securely packed and sent by the least expensive method unless otherwise instructed, usually by Inland Parcel Post or Overseas Book Post.
